Today was "three". I could not for the life of me think of something that I could photograph. I kept looking around the house. Finally I went into the kitchen and found these beautiful Empire apples.
I LOVE apples. Especially when they are red, crunchy, and tart. Empires are my favorite. I think my family went through withdrawal when they didn't have them in stores.
