I get up at 4:30 am. Yep! Really, I do.
My alarm goes off, sometimes I snooze it, sometimes I don't.
I let the dogs out, make the coffee, and get to work on my computer.
I edit, prepare, blog, create, and have my social media time.
I feel I get the most out of me in the morning.
Probably because there are little distractions.
Except for these two.
Rosie and Vader
Rosie is our family dog and Vader is a puppy we are raising to be a service dog for Canine Companions for Independence.
They need puppy raisers. Click on the picture above for more information.
Then I get ready for work. I am a first grade teacher by day. :)
When I get home I try to juggle my family's schedule. We are very busy. Even with two kids in college. I thought it would be less busy, but it's not. We fill our days up quickly.
I try to eat healthy. I am pretty good most of the time, but then there are those cravings.
To contradict the cravings, in the evening, I run, bike, or do Insanity. I am truly addicted to working out. Not a bad thing.
There is some family time in here. Like I said, we are all busy. Sometimes it's just nice to sit on the couch and watch Dance Moms. (it's my daughter's favorite)
Have a wonderful day!
